A: 10 to 20 weddings performed each year, be reassured that you will not become a number, or a frustration to us. We avoid the typical, hectic DJ schedule, which would open the door for you to become anxious, and for us to overlook details

A: 3 things...Variety, Care, and Talent...you will discover our rich excitement and feel for music variety, our sincere desire to give you personal attention from the early planning stage until the day of your wedding, and our unique ability to engage with people, orchestrate, and carry out the plan with peaceful assurance, and sustainable energy.
A: Absolutely, we emcee according to the reception timeline that we detail during our planning sesssion. We are highly experienced at confidently instructing and engaging your guests, and we have a professional voice. During the reception, we are able to switch gears, and alter the timeline only at your discrection. We are prepared, but extremely flexible.
A: From the simple announcment that it's time to cut the cake, to the flair, and zeal of an entire wedding party announced with special nick names, and each having a signature song, we have an impressive sense that less is more, while holding the key to unlocking to energy and creativity.
A: From years of experience, we've developed confidence in this area. Your event will be planned in advance to your satifaction. We have up to a four hour lead time for arrival on location for setup. We have a contingency plan for illness or emergency. We have many associates in the wedding industry who are on call and eager to pinch hit in a bind. We have successfully enacted this back up plan in the past.

We ask you questions in advance about the level of interaction you desire for your reception, including your expected attendance, and what would really work great to draw out their best response.
A: At your request, we will give you the contact information of couples or parents we have worked with in the past, who are happy to verify our integrity, and eagerness to exceed your expectations.
A: The bride is the boss, she decides what music will be played at her wedding reception, many times with significant input from the groom, her family, and the DJ. We are eager to share with you our philosophy of music for a great wedding reception, but you remain in control, and it is our responsibility to work with you in this process and adhere to your desires.
A: As soon as possible, but there is no rush. Whatever timeline works best for you. Once a contract is secured, it may be your wish to proactively discuss all of the details at that time, or we can lay out a general framework and fill in the gaps later. However, we will be in contact with you a couple months out to do final planning. You may wait until this time to have our primary planning session. All song requests, and significant changes should be submitted within two weeks of the reception.
A: This is part of our music philisophy, and something we love to do; however, the bride should be clear on her expecations whether to encourage, limit, or refuse song requests, and any special instructions.

A standard wedding reception is 4 hours, but shorter or longer may be negotiated.

A: A full belly is a happy DJ, and if the DJ discretely shares the meal during the "dinner hour" that is a generally acceptable courtesy. However, if for any reason you wish the DJ to refrain from eating during the reception, this is will be clearly noted during our planning session, and we will plan to eat before the event. Thanks!
